This utility is a firmware updater for the RadioDatacom products.
The following common embedded Bluetooth profiles are available: Serial Port Profile (SPP), Dial Up Networking Profile (DUN), Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), Headset Profile (HSP), Handsfree Profile (HFP). Other less common Bluetooth profiles also available.
